Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Mid Week MTB Series!
Each volunteer receives a Mid Week MTB Series volunteer t-shirt, a Bike Utah buff, and a free future race entry (either XC or Mini Enduro - your choice!) which can be used for yourself or gifted to another rider. No previous MTB race volunteer experience is necessary. Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email before the event, detailing your arrival time, what you’ll be doing, and any other information that will help you be prepared for your shift!
We can use your great help in the following areas:
Check-in : 2-4 people - located at the base area - check in racers, hand out number plates, answer general questions
Racer organization : 2-4 people - located at the start line - help organize racers by category before their start time
Start line timing : 2-4 people - located at the start line(s) - keep an eye on the digital timer, write down start time information
Trail marshals : 5-15 people - located on the race course - man key intersections for safety of riders and public, relay race information to Race Director
Finish line timing : 2-4 people - located at the finish line(s) - keep an eye on the digital timer, write down finish time information
